Maneuverable through thick and thin
The TruTool N 200 can be used to cut flat and corrugated sheet. Even interior cutouts and notches are easy to process as the machine can be rotated on the spot. There is no need for tools to change the cutting direction. You can upgrade and expand the TruTool N 200 with additional tools according to your needs. This means, for example, even cutting trapezoid sheets is not problem. The machine offers an impressive top cutting speed of 5.5 feet per minute.
With its short tool, the TruTool PN 200 is specifically designed for trapezoidal sheets up to a profile depth of 3.4 inches and C-L-U profiles. Its performance is powerful enough for up to 0.08 inches in mild steel and 0.04 inches in stainless steel and it even cuts doubled sheets. You can also rotate the tool through 360° on the spot.
The TruTool C 250 provides unmatchable performance. It cuts sheet thicknesses of 0.1 in. in mild steel and 0.06 in. in stainless steel. It offers a unique added benefit in the form of the integrated chip clipper, which can be operated with one hand. This enables you to cut chips with one hand at any time and pull the machine out of the workpiece. The easily visible marks on the cutting head mean that you can re-position the machine accurately at any time.
The TruTool N 500 offers unique versatility. Since you can cut in four directions, even backwards, you can dismantle tanks and containers, and process coils and workpieces with bends of up to 90°. The machine is also well-suited to cutting high-tensile materials. The optimal weight/performance ratio of 8.8 lbs. against a sheet thickness of 0.2 in. is particularly impressive.
The compact and robust TruTool TSC 200 is designed for fiber lasers with high laser power and correspondingly hard slag up to 25 mm. This is independent of the material. Several factors are decisive for the high cleaning quality and performance. For example, the geometry of the cleaning tool and the feed support. In addition, the balanced weight distribution of the housing and motor ensures smooth and ergonomic operation.
